Our primary mission at Tri-County Emergency Physicians (TCEP) is to grow clinically strong emergency medicine teams. The goal is to provide exceptional emergency care. Utilizing a team of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, we develop a department specific plan to integrate our staff into existing departments. We focus on streamlining patient flow, patient satisfaction, improving quality of care, efficiency from triage-to-discharge time and improving interdepartmental communication. We spend considerable time ensuring that each institution's administration feels as though Tri-County Emergency Physician is a part of their team. We analyze metrics, constantly looking for ways to improve successful department trends and provide creative solutions for barriers to departmental growth.
We recruit energetic, motivated clinicians who understand the TCEP mission. Utilizing the right combination of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, we have been able to successfully promote patient, hospital and clinician satisfaction. Additionally, we have a department acquisition team that has developed a structured program that analyzes the existing department, learns the existing systems in place prior to acquisition, and executes a departmental growth plan to allow for easy department transition and continued departmental growth.
